Malkia wa savannah

“Malkia wa savannah” in Kiswahili means “Queen of the savannah”. But don’t just look at the lioness, look into your fantasy, think about what this queen is looking at, and imagine the paradise she lives in: the savannah. The savannah can have a thousand different landscapes and can live a thousand contrasting moments. It is up to you to imagine this exact moment.

What is it? What is happening around the protagonist? Is a green prairie wet by a sudden rain, an arid and sunburnt landscape, many large or small mammals, colorful birds? Her puppies? Is she full or maybe waiting for the hunt? Is she relaxed, or just unaware of what will happen in a moment?

Purposely the background is not defined, paint this picture with me. Paint it yourself, in your imagination, as best your imagination and desire can express themselves. I just gave you a different point to look at.

A good painting requires your attention and, like a good book or a good movie, it can give you many emotions.
